Florian Werner
Florian Werner, born in Berlin in 1971, studied English, American and German language and literature in Tübingen, Berlin and Aberdeen and received his doctorate with a thesis on hip-hop and apocalypse. He writes narrative nonfiction and prose, teaches as a guest lecturer at various universities, and works for radio. His books have been translated into numerous languages and have won numerous awards. He lives in Berlin with his wife, the philosopher and author Svenja Flaßpöhler, and their two children.
